decent store, helpful staff
Not a fan of this Superstore & been in much better ones..The Rotisserie is ( or was) always a disappointment with their chicken things,ie always with the biggest & juiciest looking things packed up at front and getting the scrawny ones served when you order 4 for 2 ( at this time of posting )..I hate the chavs who skateboard in the down stair car park,especially after 6..Seaham offers smiles with the service & although not as much on offer,no rotisserie or fresh made pizza counter.I prefer to go there..
Why has the pizza counter never got the ingredients when it's a food store!! And it's sooo slow!! Not the best store to be honest
Visited the cafe today at lunch time and staff are extremely ignorant! We where standing at the counter and wasn't acknowledged by any members of staff for at least 10 minutes even though they knew we where standing there! . After being served we waited for roughly 30 minutes for our food to be even cooked! And a further 5 to 10 minutes for the food to be served! Apologies where given once food arrived but other than that customer service is appalling would not recommend to anyone!
visited store in order to book an eye testone member of staff on duty.Annoyed that this member of staff was aware that I was standing next to till area in order to be served However she glanced over at me and was fully aware of my presence.After about 6 to 7 minutes I walked out the store in disgust.Customer service seems to be irrelevant.
