Rang and told me total bill was 175 to repair my passat when he found out what was wrong with it so i gave the go ahead, went to pick the car up and was told it took longer than expected and they snapped some bolts the bill was now 310! Stay clear of these cowboys!! So called specialists.......
AVOID this Place if you value your car !!Before i booked i did Read the supposed good reviews but they obviously left by friends or made up as its not the actual way they go on and seems they good at getting fakes left for reviews .Took my Seat to get tuned and after driving away got not even a mile from their workshop and the turbo blew leaving me stuck on the a19 at Peterlee . Rang them up an spoke to the owners girlfriend who was surly and rude and explained what happened and got nothing but arrogance off the owner when passed to him and he reckoned they never had any other problems like this, yea right pinocchio ,told me jog on and basically left me totally stranded 10 mins form their garage with my kids to pick up from school . The bloke who runs it who looks like rolf harris and cracks even worse Jokes has basically had me kegs down probably not first bloke hes done either looks of him. Took it to my local garage in Seaham and they said its not first time they seen or heard of this from this place just wish id known before its cost me 1500 quid to get it repaired . Best advice is do your homework as itl cost you taking your pride an joy to this joker
Mapped my TTS with only exhaust and panel filter on 95 Ron fuel went in 272bhp came out 328 bhp and huge jump in torque, I would recommend his services to anyone as he is very thorough with his mapping car drives excellent
Would not give them a pedal bike to remap, my Audi tts blew the turbo before leaving his industrial estate, walked back and was basically told the turbos are weak and it happenes and they had nothing too do with it even tho the car was mapped previously and the same power stage 1 as his apparent "stage 2" decat map!!!! STAY AWAY
