I purchased the wrong sized ski goggle lens through Urban Surfer and when I rang the company to ask about an exchange they went out of their way to make sure the lens arrived before my ski trip. They took my mistake and corrected it. Will definitely shop again!

AVOID URBANSURFER!! I ordered a pair of Saxx boxers from them, however their published sizes are not correct. So I sent them back and asked for my money back. I only got a PARTIAL refund. When I complained about this, I was told that they sent me the paperwork for a free return. That was an outright lie!! I paid 9,30 Euro for registered mail! NEVER AGAIN; DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS!
