Visited today to make an appointment for dentist to look at broken tooth, told first appointment in April, what a joke. Tooth is ragged and causing pain, no sympathy from receptionist. Will have to try another dentist an register with them.
Rang surgery for appointment as tooth broke and in quite a bit of pain. Informed the next available appointment would be four weeks time as my usual dentist has left the practice. Unable to wait that longer, poor service and seems obvious from other reviews the waiting times are getting worse.
Dentist I saw yesterday was amazing he done everything to help me and make me feel relaxed as IM scared of going to the dentist all the staff are fefriend and helpful.
Had an appointment on Thursday. Excellent service from walking in to leaving .I highly recommend the dentist Mr Earp and all the staff.
Rubbish. Rang then can you help me in an emergency. Asked me are you registered then I said no. They said cant and we are not taking new one. Well done. If my dentist was local would not have rang them when I am in pain.
