Huge range of amazing equipment and great owner with good knowledge of the health industry. Cool little fitness related bar in there to fuel your workouts too
For someone who hates the gym this is a good gym. Gets abit busy during peeks hours but everyone seems nice and understanding. Updated review because more equipment has been provided to help ease the busyness of the gym. Could do with a clock up so I don't have to walk around with my phone just for the time
