Very good firm and helpful to deal with. Brought me a replacement car within 24 hours and I had it for quite a while as it took quite a while to decide whether my car was repaired or written off. The car was clean and easy to drive and paperwork was completed quickly.
After all of the trauma of being involved in a car accident Auxillis telephoned me to arrange delivery of my hire car. From that first phone call to them picking the hire car up I couldn't fault their service at all. They were always most professional, polite and helpful and I can not recommend them highly enough! The car was new and in immaculate condition and their customer service was second to none!

Their work ethic is admirable and their staff are 5* generals in customer relations. They got us the payout we deserved and they come fully recommended by us, we actually have nothing negative to say at all about the six weeks Auxillis were assisting us. Six weeks and not one fault to speak of, and we must have spoken to at least 20 different people. Just ask yourself when was the last time a company was that good with you? They're a rare breed and I wish them the very best as their company continues to grow which I have no doubt it will by word of mouth.
