Just a few days before Christmas I took my watch in to get a new battery fitted & was quoted a competitive price compared to others.I returned 30 mins later & was told they could not get the back of my Emporio Armani 1608 dress watch back on,adding that the winder had come off& needed to be sent away for repair.! If you value your watch then look elsewhere.

I ordered a Pandora charm for a christmas present from my local store with no hassle. I then received a call a few days later to say that my product was in the store and i could go and collect it. A day or so later, i went into the store to collect the charm as it was 4 days before Christmas. The woman was lovely and helpful- as most of the staff are, but on showing me the charm that was under my name, it was completely different to what i had ordered. It has now left me hardly no time to get the charm i had previously wanted in time for christmas as it is sold out in most other stores. I am very annoyed as i had received a call previous days before saying that my charm that i had ordered was in stock. Quite optimistic whether i would use the store again.
