AVOID this service provider at all costs - terrible customer service when you attempt to get into correspondence with them because they tell you lies on the phone!!!
The worst energy provider we have ever used. They cost us money through DDR mistakes, never answer the phone quickly and offered a completely terrible service overall. We switched and will NEVER use them again.
Worst of the worst know they in the wrong about a bill and all they do is blame another comany never again!. Asked to speak to the manager and they wasnt having non of it!!!!! Saved by british gas
