The most miserable bunch of people work here. A smile is a rare thing especially from one so called assistant. Customer care is very poor.

Called in to send a parcel at 5.25 it was closed no one in sight opening hours are suppose to be 9/ 5,30?
10 minutes in a queue and whilst i was being served the lady gave away the stickers i needed to send my parcel to another cashier so as not to serve me. I had to go to another branch, no concern at all from staff. Whos in charge of ordering at this branch?? Pathetic, untrained and unprofessional.
