Took my car in for a 30k service today, requested a courtesy car, courtesy car cost me 20 , it had no petrol in it and washer bottle was empty, service indicater was lit. When I went to collect my car they said I needed new front pads (50% worn), rear brake pads needed (60% worn). Not impressed with customer service or courtesy car hence the 1 star rating , salesmen are on the other hand are helpful, informative and will move mountains to make sure you get the car you need/want , would give salesmen 5 stars.
Had a really good experience at the Peterlee branch. The staff were very friendly and helpful not pushy and even made a follow up courtesy call after purchase. Had a couple of minor issues with my new car but these were rectified straight away Would definitely recommend this branch.
If I could give more stars I definitely would! Honestly the service from here was absolutely amazing! Anthony always kept me updated with the progress of my car/application. I drove 2 hours to pick my car up and had a warm welcome once we arrived here from all the staff! They all ensured that I knew that there was someone to call should I need them. They were just an absolute pleasure! And again thank you Anthony! Will definitely recommend these to anyone else!!
Pleasant buying experience. Informative but not pushy, did not feel patronised. An easy sale for them as they had the car I'd been looking for, but a surprisingly good customer service ( compared to previous buying experience from a different dealership). Good communication during and after sale from Stuart the salesman.I would definitely recommend and would buy from them again in the future.And I love the car! :)
Great customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. Came to test drive, almost bought today. But keeping options open. Sales man was not pushy nor did he make us feel like we were taking up his time. It was a fantastic test drive, very professional , all round GREAT place. 10/10 for customer care and service
