Absolutely disgusted at the out of hours receptionist. I had to stand outside waiting for 10 minutes for her to eventually open the door as she was elsewhere. Now she has just done the same thing to another person. We are sent here in an emergency and this is disgusting that we are forced to wait outside in the cold while a receptionist isn't doing her job correctly!!!!
